1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable).
• The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product is not a customized, engraved, or made-to-order item (such items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival).

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and nose pins are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Refund & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us : Email us at care@kohira.com or call our customer support at +91 7851005200 within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Approval & Instructions : Our team will verify your request and provide a return authorization along with shipping instructions.

3. Pack the Product : Securely pack the item with its original packaging and documentation.

4. Return Shipment : We will arrange a free return pickup for eligible orders within India. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5. Inspection & Processing : Once we receive your returned item, our team will promptly perform a quality check to ensure it meets our return standards. If approved, we’ll issue Kohira Coins equivalent to the product value or proceed with your chosen exchange, which ever you prefer.

To ensure smooth processing, please return items in unused condition with original packaging and documentation intact.

3. Refund Policy

At Kohira Diamonds, we want you to feel confident and valued with every purchase. While we don’t offer cash refunds, we make sure you never lose the worth of your order.

• Kohira Coins Instead of Refunds : For all approved returns, we’ll credit you with Kohira Coins equal to the full value of your product (₹1 = 1 Coin). You can use these coins anytime for future purchases.
• Partial Refund : If the item is used or missing original packaging, a partial Kohira Coin credit may be provided.
• Shipping Fees : Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Our goal is to make your shopping experience delightful, flexible, and always rewarding.

4. Exchange Policy

• If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so for an item of equal or greater value by paying the difference.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• The exchange process follows the same steps as returns.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized & Engraved Jewellery
• Gift Cards & Promotional Items
• Final Sale or Discounted Products
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned as per our policy.

7. International Orders

• Returns for international orders are accepted, but return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
• Refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) or the original transaction currency, subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

8. Legal Disclaimers

• Kohira Diamonds is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit if items are not securely packed.
